To open and maintain an Account with mega88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:
Age Restriction: Opening an Account while under the age of 21 is a serious violation of these Terms. Any Account found to be held by a minor will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
To access the full range of mega88 Services, you are required to create an Account by completing the registration process. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. mega88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated information held on your Account.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Maintaining multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts will be closed, and the Real Money Balance of any duplicate Account may be confiscated without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account. mega88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify mega88 immediately by contacting our support team.
All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are processed in IDR. mega88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.
mega88 is committed to maintaining a secure, fraud-free environment and to meeting its obligations under applicable anti-money-laundering standards. As part of this commitment, all players are required to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
You will be asked to provide the following documentation:
mega88 will endeavor to complete KYC verification within 1 to 24 hours of receiving all required documents in acceptable quality. During peak periods, verification may take up to 48 hours. You will be notified by email once your verification is complete.
If you fail to provide the required documentation within 30 days of a formal verification request, mega88 reserves the right to suspend your Account, restrict withdrawals, and ultimately close your Account after giving reasonable notice. Deposited funds held in a verified, unverified Account will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.
All identity documents submitted to mega88 are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. Document data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored only for as long as legally required, and never sold or shared with unaffiliated third parties.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction on the Deposit page. mega88 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmed receipt. Processing delays caused by the banking intermediary, scheduled bank maintenance windows, or public holidays in Indonesia are outside mega88's control, and mega88 shall not be liable for delays attributable to those causes.
All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. mega88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the relevant Account suspended pending investigation.
mega88 does not pay interest on any deposited funds held in your Account Balance, regardless of the duration for which those funds remain on the platform.
Withdrawals may only be requested from your Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds that have not completed the applicable Wagering Requirement may not be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 5.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 for e-wallet channels and Rp 100.000 for bank transfer channels. Maximum single-withdrawal limits are displayed on the Withdrawal page and may vary by Account status and payment method.
mega88 targets the following processing times, measured from the moment a withdrawal request is approved internally:
Standard Accounts may submit one withdrawal request per 24-hour period. VIP-tier Accounts (Silver and above) are eligible for multiple daily withdrawals, with specific limits communicated to eligible players through their VIP Account Manager.
mega88 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or pending KYC verification. In such cases, you will be notified of the reason for the delay where legally permissible to do so.
All bonuses and promotions offered by mega88 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific rule and these general Terms, the promotion-specific rule shall prevail for the relevant promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times — the Wagering Requirement — before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and validity period are specified on each promotion's detail page.
mega88 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different Accounts, placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit while meeting wagering requirements (bonus arbitrage), and using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play patterns. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated Bonus Funds and derived winnings voided, and may be permanently suspended.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any time. Depositing while a bonus is active and requesting a second bonus may cause the first bonus to be forfeited.
Note on mix parlay (accumulator) bets and bonus wagering: Accumulator bets placed on sports markets with individual odds below the minimum threshold specified in a promotion's terms will not contribute toward the Wagering Requirement for that bonus. Always check the minimum eligible odds for each promotion before placing your bets.
mega88 makes every reasonable effort to keep all published games and betting markets available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific game, market, or feature. Games or markets may be suspended, removed, or modified at any time due to technical, regulatory, or commercial reasons.
All sports bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; BWF for badminton; tournament organizers for MPL and other e-sports events). In the event of a discrepancy between data feeds and official results, the official governing body result will prevail.
In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, mega88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the relevant Accounts. Winnings generated as a result of a confirmed malfunction will not be honored. The decision of mega88 in such circumstances is final.
Odds are set by mega88's trading team and may fluctuate in real time in response to market conditions. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. mega88 does not guarantee that any specific odds will remain available for any duration.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mega88 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, potentially giving rise to immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content available on the mega88 platform — including but not limited to the mega88 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, audio files, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of mega88 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of mega88.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by mega88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account and using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mega88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
mega88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Gambling involves financial risk. mega88 provides its Services for entertainment purposes. We strongly encourage all players to set personal limits through our Responsible Gaming tools and to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.
mega88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the platform. In cases of confirmed fraudulent activity or Prohibited Conduct, mega88 may retain all funds in the Account pending investigation and potential recovery action.
Upon termination of an Account for any reason, your right to access the Services immediately ceases. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 10, 11, 13, and 15 — shall continue to apply after termination.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mega88 is registered and licensed to operate.
Nothing in this clause shall affect your rights as a consumer under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
